Fulfilment Policy

1.1 This policy explains exactly what SOUDAHBI LLC delivers when you place an order, how it reaches you, and how long it takes.

1.2 It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside them and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1.3 “Business day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom. All times on this site are stated in UK time.

2.1 SOUDAHBI LLC sells professional advertising services: ad creative, ad copywriting, short-form video editing, campaign structure builds, search engine optimisation audits and competitor research.

2.2 Services are sold as ten fixed-scope, fixed-price tiers ranging from €4.99 to €180.00, each fully described on our Services page. Custom scopes are available by written quotation.

2.3 We sell no physical goods. There is nothing to post, ship, track or return. No shipping charge is ever applied to an order.

2.4 We do not sell subscriptions, and we do not store card details for recurring billing. Every order is a single one-off charge, authorised by you at the time.

2.5 We never hold, manage or spend client advertising budgets. Media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform from your own account, and forms no part of what you pay us.

3.1 All fulfilment is digital and electronic.

3.2 Immediately after payment you receive an order confirmation email at the address used at checkout, stating your order reference, the agreed scope and your delivery deadline.

3.3 Completed work is delivered to that same email address and to a private client folder hosted on our cloud storage, accessible by a link unique to you.

3.4 Your client folder remains accessible for twelve months from the delivery date. You may download everything at any point during that period.

3.5 Where a tier includes a call, that is scheduled by agreement and held over a standard video conferencing tool. Recorded walkthroughs are delivered as a video file in the same folder.

3.6 Where a tier involves building inside your own advertising account, the build itself is the delivery, accompanied by written documentation in your client folder.

4.1 Each tier carries a published delivery window. These are commitments, not estimates.

4.2 Where a rush surcharge has been agreed in writing, the shortened deadline replaces the window above and is treated as the published delivery window for that order.

5.1 The delivery window begins at the moment we confirm your payment, and runs on business days only.

5.2 An order paid on a Friday afternoon with a 48-hour window is therefore due on the following Tuesday, not on the Sunday.

5.3 The clock pauses while we are waiting on materials, account access or a decision from you that production cannot continue without. We tell you when it pauses and when it restarts, so the deadline is never quietly moved.

5.4 You receive a progress note at the midpoint of every order, so you are never left wondering where things stand.

6.1 Static creative is delivered as layered source files together with compressed PNG and JPG exports at every size listed in the scope.

6.2 Video is delivered as MP4 in each ratio listed, with separate subtitle files where relevant.

6.3 Written work, audits and reports are delivered as a PDF together with an editable version.

6.4 Recorded walkthroughs are delivered as a video file in your client folder.

6.5 Source files are included at no extra charge on every tier. Nothing is withheld to create a dependency and there is no licence to renew.

6.6 On payment in full, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you for unlimited commercial use, as set out in clause 12 of the Terms of Service. Third-party elements such as stock imagery, licensed fonts and music remain under their own licences.

7.1 Most tiers need only your brief and your brand assets. Nothing else is required and no account access is requested.

7.2 Three tiers require access to your own advertising or analytics accounts to deliver: PPC Campaign Setup, the Meta & Google Retargeting Funnel, and the Full-Scale Growth Sprint.

7.3 Where access is needed, we request the minimum permission level that allows the work to be done, always through the platform's own partner or user-invite system. We never ask for a password. Access is revoked when the order completes.

8.1 Each tier includes revision rounds: one for most tiers, two for the Ad Asset Graphic Suite and the Full-Scale Growth Sprint, and one per variant for the Video Ad Iteration Drop.

8.2 Revision rounds remain open for seven days from the delivery date, after which the order is treated as accepted and closed.

8.3 A revision means adjustment within the agreed brief. A new concept or a changed objective is a new order.

8.4 Revised files are delivered to the same email address and client folder, normally within one to two business days depending on the tier.

9.1 If we miss a published delivery window through our own delay, you choose either a pro-rata credit against the order or cancellation with a full refund.

9.2 You do not need to chase us for this. Where we know a deadline has slipped we tell you and offer both options unprompted.

9.3 A deadline moved by a pause under clause 5.3, or by an event beyond our reasonable control as described in clause 19 of the Terms of Service, is not a missed delivery window.

10.1 All prices are displayed and charged in euros (€). Your card is charged the exact euro amount shown in your scope confirmation. No shipping, handling or hidden fee is added.

10.2 Payment is taken in full before production begins, by credit or debit card processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

10.3 A commercial invoice in the name of SOUDAHBI LLC is emailed within one business day of payment. Your card statement will show a descriptor referencing SOUDAHBI.

10.4 Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or similar charge applicable in your own jurisdiction, which remains your responsibility. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate.

11.1 Services are delivered remotely and are available to business and individual clients worldwide, subject to clause 11.3.

11.2 Our services are produced in English and our client base is concentrated in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the European Union. We do not currently offer translation or localisation into other languages.

11.3 We do not supply services to individuals or entities in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions, or to any party appearing on an applicable restricted-party list. Orders identified as such are declined and refunded in full.

11.4 Because no physical goods are shipped, no customs charge, import duty or delivery restriction applies to any order.

12.2 Every message is answered within one business day by Soulaimane DAHBI. There is no ticket queue and no automated system between you and an answer.

12.3 If a file has not arrived, check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder first, then contact us. We can re-send any delivery from your client folder immediately.
