How are your services delivered?
Everything we sell is a digital deliverable — there is nothing physical to ship. Once your payment is confirmed you receive an order confirmation email at the address used at checkout, containing your order reference, the agreed scope and your delivery deadline. Files are then delivered to that same email address and to your private client folder, which stays accessible for 12 months. Source files, exports, documents and recorded walkthroughs are all included in the package price at no extra charge.
Which legal entity am I buying from, and who issues the invoice?
You are contracting with SOUDAHBI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, trading online as SOUDAHBI.online and founded by Soulaimane DAHBI. Your card statement will show a descriptor referencing SOUDAHBI. A VAT-style commercial invoice in the name of SOUDAHBI LLC, showing the entity details, order reference and the euro amount charged, is emailed automatically within one business day of payment. If you need the invoice reissued to a company name or a different billing address, email us and we will amend and resend it.
What is your refund, cancellation and SLA policy?
Cancel before production starts — normally within two hours of ordering — and you receive a full refund to the original payment method, processed within 5–10 business days. Once work has begun, each package includes one round of revisions against the original brief; if the delivered work does not match the scope listed on this page, we correct it or refund the order.
Delivery windows shown on every package are commitments, not estimates. The clock starts when payment is confirmed and runs on UK business days. If we miss a published window through our own delay, you may take a pro-rata credit or cancel the order for a full refund. To open a request, email soulaimane@dahbi.online with your order reference; we respond to every refund request within one business day.
Which payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?
We accept major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — processed securely by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and are never seen, handled or stored on our servers. Checkout runs over TLS encryption and supports 3-D Secure authentication where your bank requires it. All charges are taken in euros (€); if your card is denominated in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion rate.
How do I reach a human before or after ordering?

There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in between — you deal directly with Soulaimane DAHBI and the person doing your work.
What results should I expect from a package?
We sell defined creative and technical deliverables — the files, documents, campaign builds and reports listed on each card — and we deliver those in full, on time. We do not sell, promise or guarantee sales, revenue, return on ad spend, search rankings or any other commercial outcome, because those depend on your product, pricing, market and media budget, none of which we control. Any agency that guarantees a number is guessing. What we commit to is scope, quality and the delivery window.
